Zowaa – Britain

The media committee of the Al-Rafidain List 389 held a seminar at the Assyrian Club on February 24^th, 2010 in which Mr. Emanuel talked about the importance of these elections and participation in, and Mr. Jacob stressed on respecting the voter’s freedom to choose the candidate and must be precise in his/her choice. At the end of the seminar, Mr. Jacob answered questions from the audience.

With a slogan “For a Fair Election and Accountable Results” the Iraqi Democratic Movement in Britain held a seminar on February 27^th, 2010 for our community in Britain which was attended by Mr. Emmanuel Jacob: Director of Media Campaign for Al-Rafidain List 389 in Britain, along with by Dr. Salim Ali of the Iraqi Communist Party and Mr. Abdul Razzak Ali of the of Liberal Faili Kurds Organization, where the seminar was moderated by Mr. Shaukat: Secretary of Iraqi Democratic Movement.

Mr. Jacob talked about the electoral platform of List 389 and the political mission of the Assyrian Democratic Movement since it was founded until today, as well as major constraints that have occurred in the previous elections and ways to avoid them.

This seminar was attended by Mr. George Audisho, Marotha Enwiya and Audisho Isaac in addition to representatives of political entities that are operating in Britain.
